This website is a meeting place for all people who care about autism – who want to raise awareness, share information and ideas.

The Autism Awareness website was launched as part of Autism Awareness Year 2002 (AAY) – somewhere people could go to share ideas and information, and to plan action.

Following the success of the year, the Disabilities Trust continued to develop the site and create a message board for anyone with an interest in autism.
